Add Fillable Fields
To add fillable fields, tap Manage fields in the top toolbar. Choose among the various fields and place them in the document. If you need to change a field’s position, simply drag and move it within the page.
Once you’ve added a fillable field, you can adjust the settings using the toolbar above the field. You can change a field’s size by dragging it by its corners.
Assign fields to recipients
Once you’ve added the fields you need, start adding recipients. Select a field, tap the NA icon in the toolbar, and then tap Add or modify signers. You must enter a recipient’s email address to assign a field.
If you add multiple signers, you can set the order in which they sign the document. Turn on Sign in Order, then drag and drop the signers in your preferred order. When turned off, the recipients can sign the document in any order.
Change the signer settings
To open the Signer Settings, tap the three-dot menu under the signer’s email. You’ll be able to allow signers to receive a copy of the completed document or annotate the document using various DocHub tools.
Send the Sign Request
Before sending the Sign Request, ensure you’ve assigned every field correctly and configure other settings as needed. To send the Sign Request, tap Send.
Find signed documents
Every Sign Request you send will appear in the Inbox. Go to the Sent tab, where you can filter the requests by signer or status.
Sign the Sign Request
You’ll receive a push notification or email when someone sends you a Sign Request. If you don't want to miss any important documents, make sure you've allowed DocHub to send you push notifications.

When redirected to the app, fill out all the fields assigned to you
