Sign Requests: Signing Order


When sending a sign request, there is a "Signing Order" option.

You can select "All at once" or "One at a time", as seen in send sign request figure above.

All at once:   
Everyone can sign the document as soon as the sign request is created. 

One at a time:
Only one person can sign the document at a time.

The order of signers is designated by number and position of the signers as they are listed in the request.  This order can be changed by dragging signers up or down in the list using the 'signer order handler' as shown in the image above.

  • Is there a way to change from one at a time to all at once AFTER a document is sent to be signed?

  • I have the same question. Or could we set the default to be "sign at once" so we don't have to remember to switch it every time?
