Sometimes an older version of the DocHub website file may get stuck in a browser and cause unexpected issues. These issues can be easily resolved by clearing the browser's cache.
There are a few ways to go about doing this:
Clear Site Data
- While visiting dochub.com, open Chrome's Inspector by right-clicking anywhere in chrome and selecting inspect.
- Chrome Inspector > Application tab > Clear Storage → Clear Site Data
- Reload dochub.com
Disable cache and reload the page
- Open the Chrome Inspector as described above
- Chrome Inspector > Network tab > Check the box for Disable cache
- Reload dochub.com
