DocHub Pro pricing plans for schools

We're proud to offer two Academic site licenses for DocHub Pro. If you don't need a full site license, you can instead receive a 20% discount on our regular organizational pricing plans for Pro.

Site Licenses for Pro

500 User Site License
$2,400 / year

Unlimited User Site License
$6,000 / year

The site licenses are the best deal we offer for Pro, especially if you have more than 35 users. Subscribing to a Site License makes upgrades super easy, where your faculty or students will enjoy automatic upgrades to Pro by simply logging in to DocHub with their school email address. If the email domain matches, they'll get the upgrade.

Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Create an organization for your school.

Step 2: Start a Site License or Contact Us if you need to pay with anything other than a credit card.

Organization Pro subscription with Academic Discount

If you only need Pro for less than 35 users, alternatively, we can apply a 20% discount to our organizational plans, which you can see at https://dochub.com/pricing/org. With this option, you would need to invite the email address of each of your users to your organization on its People page.

Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Create an organization for your school.

Step 2: Contact Us to add the 20% Academic coupon to your organization and tell us if you need to pay with anything other than a credit card since we'd need to start the subscription on our end if you aren't using a credit card. If you use a credit card, you can start a free 30-day trial on your own.

Step 3: Invite members on the People page of your organization by clicking Invite New User and entering each of their email addresses separated by a comma.

Payment options

Our website only takes credit cards, but we can accept purchase orders on invoices over $100 with the option to pay by check, credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. Here's a link to DocHub's W-9 form.
