Hyperlinks not working in edited PDF

I uploaded a PDF with hyperlinks to DocHub.  The links work while editing in DocHub but when I download the edited PDF the links no longer work.  I've tried reuploading the document but it still is not working.  I've done this plenty of times in the past.  Has something changed?  How do I get my hyperlinks to still work in the edited PDF when I download?

Most likely, it is already on the roadmap of our development team, as they constantly work on improving the product and adding new features.   • @chianté - same problem here! I have no idea why the hyperlinks don't work now when I download it as a pdf.

  • Hi! Same problem here, which is nearly a year after the OP, and nearly 6mo after the last update. Is there a time line on this?

  • I modified then uploaded critical set of PDF document - with hyperlinks (that I NEED to work) to DocHub.  Everything seemed fine while editing in DocHub. AFTER it's been sent as a 'sign request' the links no longer function. I then download the edited PDF the links DO NOT work. HELP... Fix this please.. How do I get my hyperlinks to still work in the edited/sighed/processed PDFs?
