Per your request, I canceled your trial subscription to a Pro plan, so you will not be billed. You can still use DocHub till the end of the billing cycle. Once the trial ends, your plan will be automatically switched to a Free plan, which you can use free of charge.

I am experiencing the same issue posted above. Why? I have a paid subscription and I can't seem to type anything without the same message prompt popping out all the time.

please also downgrade our 2 accounts to the free version until you have this fixed
