About 90% of the time when I send a doc out for signing. It comes back and the system missed getting at least one initial or signature but usually multiple. This is so embarrassing. Why does this happen? Can you fix it.
I clearly have place holders for them to sign and initial but when the document comes back, it's missing intials and signatures in multiple places so I have to send it again.
Very frustrating. I won't be renewing if this doesn't get fixed soon.

The e-signature request using the instructional sign and date here function, when returned to me by the client/recipient returns blank three separate times now. The recipient input function is not working, as each time they send back to me it would appear they didn't have any problems on their end leaving them the impression all is okay, but when I open it up all requested input values are blank. Please help/instruct/troubleshoot in your reply.

Are you sure this is not a common problem? I see a bunch of people reporting it. I have been experiencing this problem since December 2022 and it is still happening 5 months later (I had three documents today affected by this ongoing problem).

Is there any updates for this issue?
My team have experienced signatures, initials and even words missing or cut off when receiving the finalised document back. If we download the finlaised document as a PDF then the signatures show up on the downloaded PDF copy of the document. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Also when is the app being released?
