All document uploads are failing AGAIN!!!!!

We are experiencing the same bug as reported yesterday morning, all uploads are failing and giving the same errors as before, please support.

    I can see that your request has already been fulfilled via ticket #113423. We have canceled the subscription along with automatic renewal.
