Telling me to Upgrade to Pro when I already Have It

Pretty much what the title says. I'm trying to send an e-signature and it's not letting me saying I need to upgrade to Pro (which I already have).

    I have the same problem.. asking me to upgrade to Pro when I already have it. Refer to welcome email dated July 26, 2032.
