Signature Request Says No Email present when An email is there

Everytime I go to send a signature request and change the signors email it pulls up a box that Email is not present when I have an email in there EVERYTIME.  I have to hit save 3-4 times for it to jump to the next screen so I can send a signature request and for it to take the new signors email
