Hello,
We joined recently to DocHub and my company designed a document template with multiple fields. However, we're experiencing difficulties when attempting to send the document to its intended destination. Specifically, person 1, upon receiving the email with the document, can open and fill it out, but encounters an issue when trying to finalize, resulting in a specific error message.
Furthermore, in some instances, person 2 receives an email from the platform to sign the document. Unfortunately, upon clicking the provided link, they are unable to modify the document as expected.
Any insights or guidance from the community would be greatly appreciated.
