Ability to Auto-Change Document Title

Would like to have the ability to auto-change the document title by one of the required fields.

    I want to have customers sign documents so if I could auto title each signed document something like "<doc_title> - <customer_name_field>" that would be awesome.

    Document management is a pretty big deal with this.
