Save contacts in DocHub
Answered

Seems like a natural to be able to store contact names and email addresses for frequent collaborators in Doc Hub, but I haven't found any way to do it.  Would be better to integrate with Google Contacts or Contacts+ as well, but at least be able to enter people here.

You can import your Gmail Address Book which enables type ahead (auto complete):

  • I think DocHub Users would benefit from DocHub remembering Signers' email addresses.  I really don't want to import my entire Gmail address book.  DocHub does not really need to know all that plus I am not sure that is really safe in this age of companies suffering breaches of data.  That would be a lot of people to tell that their data may have been stolen.

  • I don't see that option when I'm sending sign requests.  Looks like an old screenshot.

  • Why just google contacts? not everyone uses google stuff.

Better to be able to manually store addresses - for those of us who regularly have to send stuff out to the same people.
