Make it easier to add labels

Adding labels is basically broken...  you have to click the document then scroll all the way back to the top of the page to add the label?!  Wow 

1.)  Create a way to add a label to the document in the right pane or send options, etc. when the document is being created.  This would solve most of my complaint with labels.

2.)  Fix the way labels are added when viewing the dashboard or inbox etc.  Selecting a doc and then having to scroll all the way back to the top to click add label is terrible implementation.

We need a better way to add labels, this is esp important considering that clicking between pages doesn't actually work either, all that does it mess up the order and add a few more docs to the bottom of the page while some of the same docs remain at the top of the page, but page navigation is a whole different topic that needs addressing.
