Example, the IRS W9 Form tax classification section.   DocHub knew to make the forms checkboxes a field but did not properly make them a checkbox and the only workaround that ended up working was for me to manually delete all of DocHub's automatically created fields for those checkboxes and replace them with new checkbox fields.  Please make automatically generated checkbox fields for templates work properly to save time and make it clearer to the template maker and signer that the checkboxes are doing what they are supposed to do.
