This has been something that is causing a huge issue over the last 5/6 years - whenever I send a Sign Request to a Hotmail email address, the recipient never receives it! Occasionally a reminder works but more often than not it never gets through. This looks unprofessional and makes our business look slow at getting contracts out. We always have to pre-warn Hotmail users to check Junk folders and alert us if not received. Is this a bug, is it a security feature Hotmail has to prevent dochub getting through?

Definitely something that needs looking at.
